It is designed to be a one-stop youth friendly centre where once can access a wide range of information and training on various issues that are relevant to young people today. Whether one is interested in learning more about climate change, child protection, public health, or comprehensive sexuality education, etc, the Smart Learners Hub has got it all.
The platform aims to empower and equip young people with the knowledge and skills they need to navigate through their youthfulness confidently. The Hub was designed in a way that allows educators to manage their progress whilst working remotely, with learning material presented in different friendly formats.

About SAYWHAT
The Students and Youth Working on reproductive Health Action Team (SAYWHAT) is a Southern African regional public health advocacy institution birthed in 2003 to champion public health of young people including Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) gender equality and child protection.
SAYWHAT envisions “Generations of healthy and empowered young people across Africa” driven by the mission “To promote students, youth, adolescents and children’s access to health and education rights, services & commodities”. SAYWHAT’s programmatic approach is rooted in the health rights movement which is sustained through its strategic pillars of capacity building, research, documentation as well as advocacy and engagement.
SAYWHAT’s work is championed and coordinated through student structures in over 30 tertiary institutions in Zimbabwe and coordinates its regional influence through the Southern African Regional Students and Youth Consortium on sexual and reproductive health (SARSYC). Female students can join the Web for Life Network while male students can join the Mugota/ Ixhiba Network where they can advance the recognition, protection and fulfilment of their sexual and reproductive health and rights.
Through the Child Protection Unit toll free – 577, SAYWHAT is committed to promoting and protecting the rights of children in Zimbabwe. By responding to cases of abuse, the unit fosters a culture of accountability and support initiatives that creates a safer environment for children.
